For customized design, we will build 2D and 3D drawings based on your original samples. These drawings will be sent to you for approval, ensuring that the final product meets your specifications.
If you choose a design from our Design Bank and we have it in stock, we will send you the former samples for approval. We are also open to making changes to the design based on your requests, ensuring that it perfectly suits your requirements.
Once we receive your approved drawings, we will start the production process. Throughout the production, we will keep you updated by sharing mold proceeding photos every 2 weeks. This way, you can stay informed about the progress of your order.
To ensure your satisfaction, we will send the new mold trial samples to you using reliable shipping services such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS. Alternatively, you are welcome to visit us in person during the mold test to see the samples firsthand.
With our efficient processes, we aim to deliver your order within 45 days after the approved drawings. We prioritize timely delivery without compromising on quality.
