Customized Design and Mold Production
For customized design, we create 2D & 3D drawings based on original samples and send them to the customer for approval.
If the client chooses a design from our Design Bank and we have it in stock, we send the samples for approval and make changes as per their requests.
Production begins once we receive the client's approved drawings.
We provide regular updates by sharing mold proceeding photos every 2 weeks.
New mold trial samples are sent to the customer via DHL, FedEx, or UPS for confirmation. Alternatively, clients are welcome to visit and witness the mold test in person.
The lead time for production is 45 days after the drawings are approved.
