The GS-5L-II double station machine is designed to meet the needs of English-speaking natives. It is equipped with one additional station featuring a high-precision linear guide, setting it apart from single station machines. This machine is capable of producing a wide variety of materials, including PE, PP, and more. With a maximum capacity of 5L, it offers a production capacity that is 60 to 70% higher than single station machines. Additionally, the die heads can be changed to achieve multi-type production.

1. The toggle-balanced clamping frame of our product, equipped with a well-known liner guide rail from Taiwan, ensures a strong clamping force and explosion-proof performance.
2. Our product allows for the simultaneous use of 16 blow pins perpendicular to the mold pin blow hole. The patented die head makes it easy to change colors.
3. With a computer intelligent control system, our product offers convenient operation, as well as the ability to set and modify the production process with ease.
4. The deep mirror treatment inside the die head ensures smooth curve flow channels with no dead ends and no carbon residue.
5. Our product features strengthened and hardened cold treated screws, providing excellent wear resistance. The screw and barrel also ensure uniform tube wall thickness.
6. Various components of our product are produced using Japan's CNC machine tools, with Mazak processing six-sided installation surfaces simultaneously. We also use imported well-known brands for hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical parts, ensuring a rigorous process and stable, reliable quality.
Installation & Testing:
A technician will be sent to the buyer's location to test the machine until it is fully functional. The buyer will be responsible for all charges incurred during the technician's stay, including transportation expenses, visa fees, accommodation, and insurance. If the technician is required to travel abroad, a service fee of USD 120/day will be charged within the specified time period.
Warranty & Guarantee:
We provide a 2-year guarantee from the moment the machine starts running smoothly at the buyer's factory. During the guarantee period, the seller will handle any issues related to the machine's quality. Damaged parts with a unit price exceeding USD 50 should be returned for replacement.
