1. The toggle-balanced clamping frame of our product incorporates a well-known liner guide rail from Taiwan, ensuring excellent clamping force and explosion-proof capabilities.
2. Our product allows for the simultaneous use of 16 blow pins perpendicular to the mold pin blow hole. The patented die head makes it easy to change colors.
3. The computer intelligent control system enables convenient operation, setting, and modification of the production process.
4. The die head is treated with deep mirror treatment, resulting in smooth curve flow channels with no dead ends and no carbon residue.
5. Our product features strengthened and hardened cold treated screws, ensuring wear resistance. The screw and barrel also contribute to uniform tube wall thickness.
6. Various components of our product are produced using Japan's CNC machine tools. The six-sided installation surfaces are processed simultaneously using Mazak. We equip our product with imported hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical parts from well-known brands to ensure a rigorous process and stable, reliable quality.
Installation & Testing:
A technician will be dispatched to test the machine until it is fully operational upon receiving notification from the buyer. The buyer will be responsible for all charges incurred during the technician's stay, including transportation expenses, visa fees, accommodation, and insurance. If the technician is required to travel abroad, a service fee of USD 120/day will be charged within the specified time period.
Warranty & Guarantee:
We provide a 2-year guarantee from the moment the machine starts running smoothly at the buyer's factory. Within this guarantee period, the seller will handle any issues arising from the machine's quality. Damaged parts with a unit price exceeding USD 50 should be returned for replacement.
