Our process begins by creating 2D and 3D drawings based on your original samples. We will then send these drawings to you for approval, ensuring that every detail meets your specifications.
If you select a design from our Design Bank and we have it in stock, we will send you the samples for approval. If any changes are requested, we will make the necessary adjustments to ensure your complete satisfaction.
Once we have received your approved drawings, we will begin production. Throughout the process, we will keep you updated with mold proceeding photos every two weeks, giving you a glimpse into the progress being made.
When the mold is ready for testing, we will send you the new mold trial samples using reliable shipping services such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS. Alternatively, you are welcome to visit us in person to witness the mold test firsthand.
With our efficient production process, you can expect a lead time of 45 days from the approval of the drawings. We are committed to delivering high-quality products that meet your exact specifications.
