For customized designs, our team will build 2D and 3D drawings based on your original samples. We will then send these drawings to you for approval, ensuring that we capture your vision accurately.
If you choose a design from our Design Bank and we have it in stock, we will send you the samples for approval. If any changes are required, we will make them as per your requests, ensuring that the final product meets your expectations.
Once we have received your approved drawings, we will start the production process. Throughout this process, we believe in keeping our customers informed and involved.
We will share photos of the mold proceeding every two weeks, allowing you to stay updated on the progress of your order.
Once the mold is ready, we will send you the new mold trial samples for confirmation. You can choose to receive them through reliable shipping services like DHL, FedEx, or UPS. Alternatively, you are welcome to visit our facility and see the mold test in person.
