For customized design, we go the extra mile to ensure your satisfaction. Our team will build 2D and 3D drawings based on your original samples. These drawings will then be sent to you for approval. We value your input and will make any necessary changes as per your requests.
If you prefer a design from our Design Bank, we will send you the former samples for approval, provided we have them in stock. If any modifications are required, we will gladly make them according to your specifications.
Once we receive your approved drawings, we will promptly begin the production process. To keep you updated on the progress, we will share mold proceeding photos with you every two weeks. This way, you can stay informed and have peace of mind.
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. To ensure a smooth experience, we offer multiple options for confirmation. We can send the new mold trial samples to you via reliable shipping services such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS. Alternatively, you are welcome to visit us in person during the mold test.
We understand the importance of timely delivery. Once your drawings are approved, we commit to a lead time of 45 days. Rest assured, we will work diligently to meet this deadline and deliver your order on time.
