If you prefer a design from our extensive Design Bank, we can provide samples for your consideration. If the chosen design is in stock, we will send it to you for approval. We are also open to making changes to the samples based on your requests, ensuring that the final product meets your expectations.
Once we receive your approved drawings, we will promptly start the production process. We understand the importance of keeping you informed, and therefore, we will regularly share photos of the mold proceeding every two weeks. This way, you can stay updated on the progress and have peace of mind.
When the mold is ready, we will send you the new mold trial samples using reliable shipping services such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS. Alternatively, you are welcome to visit our facility and witness the mold test in person. We believe in providing a transparent and convenient experience for our valued customers.
With our efficient processes and commitment to quality, we aim to deliver your customized products within 45 days after the approved drawings. We value your time and strive to meet your deadlines without compromising on the quality of our work.
