For customized design, we go above and beyond to bring your vision to life. Our team will build 2D and 3D drawings based on your original samples. We will then send these drawings to you for approval, ensuring that every detail meets your expectations.
If you prefer a design from our Design Bank, we have a wide selection for you to choose from. If we have the chosen design in stock, we will send you the samples for approval. If any changes are needed, we will make them according to your requests.
Once we have received your approved drawings, we will start the production process. Throughout the production, we will keep you updated by sharing mold proceeding photos every 2 weeks. This way, you can stay informed about the progress of your order.
After the production is complete, we will send you the new mold trial samples using reliable shipping services such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS. Alternatively, you are welcome to visit us and see the mold test in person. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want to ensure that the final product meets your expectations.
With our efficient processes, we aim to deliver your order within 45 days after the approved drawings. We understand the importance of timely delivery and strive to meet your deadlines.
