Installation & Testing
A technician will be dispatched to the buyer's location to test the machine until it is fully operational. The buyer will be responsible for all associated charges, including transportation expenses, visa fees, accommodation, and insurance. If the technician is required to travel abroad, a service fee of USD 120 per day will be charged within the specified time period.
Warranty & Guarantee
We provide a 2-year guarantee from the moment the machine starts running smoothly at the buyer's factory. During the guarantee period, the seller will handle any issues related to the machine's quality. Damaged parts with a unit price exceeding USD 50 should be returned for replacement.
