4. The die head of our product undergoes deep mirror treatment, ensuring smooth curve flow channels with no dead ends or carbon residue.
5. Our product features strengthened and hardened cold treated screws, resulting in wear-resistant screw and barrel components. The tube wall thickness is also very uniform.
6. Various components of our product are produced using Japan's CNC machine tools. The six-sided installation surfaces are processed simultaneously using Mazak. Additionally, we equip our product with hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical parts from well-known imported brands to ensure rigorous processes and stable, reliable quality.
Upon receiving notification from the buyer that everything is ready for installation and testing, our company will send a technician to ensure that the machine is in proper working condition. The buyer will be responsible for covering all expenses related to the technician's visit, including transportation, visa fees, accommodation, and insurance. If the technician is required to travel abroad, a service fee of USD 120 per day will be charged within the specified time period.
We provide a 2-year guarantee starting from the moment the machine is running smoothly at the buyer's factory. During this guarantee period, our company will handle any issues arising from the machine's quality. Damaged parts with a unit price exceeding USD 50 should be sent back to us for replacement.
